Boardrooms make leaders sound the same. Cars don't.

Most leadership content is sanitized until it's useless. Same frameworks. Same LinkedIn-safe takes. Same five buzzwords on rotation. Leaders in Transit started from a simple observation: the most honest conversations Manoj had ever had with the people he respected didn't happen in conference rooms or on stage. They happened on long drives.
So he put a camera in the car and started inviting people in.

What you actually hear?

The unfiltered part of leadership, work, and life
On Leadership
What it actually feels like to make the wrong call in public. The decisions our guests would unmake if they could. The things nobody warned them about.
On AI & The Future
Where automation is overhyped, where it's underestimated, and the uncomfortable middle ground most companies are pretending doesn't exist.
On Being Human
Family. Faith. Failure. The insecurities that don't disappear when the title gets bigger. What our guests have stopped pretending about.
On Everything else
Food. Music. Books that changed their mind. The stuff that makes a leader a person, not a profile.

Meet the Driver

The man who starts the engine and the conversations
Manoj Kumar is VP at Moolya. He's spent 21 years building, leading, and learning from the kind of people most of us only hear in soundbites. Leaders in Transit is what happens when he stops being a VP for a few hours and just asks the questions he actually wants the answers to.
He's a better driver than an interviewer.
He'd argue the opposite.
