With a motivation to alter perception about testing and testers in general, Ranchi University Gold Medalist (2014) Snehal Harsh is seeking to make his own impact.
“To be honest I came to know about Pradeep much before I learned about Moolya. I used to follow him and his testing philosophy for a long time. So it feels very satisfying to finally start my journey as a Senior ET at the very company which is formed on the basis of Pradeep’s testing philosophy”
We can call it the twist of fate or destiny but Snehal’s discovery of Moolya is a story in its own right.
“After spending 6.5 years at a reputed software company, I was looking for a new challenge. At that time I was appearing for several interviews but it was then when I got a call from Moolya.
Fair to say, I was undecided. But it was one of my close friends who urged me to appear for this interview. And finally, after clearing all the rounds, I became a Moolyan in August 2022”
Starting from getting client appreciation to winning Moolya’s Debutant of the Year 2022 Award, Snehal’s journey had been nothing short of phenomenal.
“I was born and raised in a small town in Jharkhand. So when I look back and see the path I’ve traveled I feel appreciative of each and every person who’s given me the scope to prove myself.
Especially none other than my teammates of my current project along with Divya V N and Susmitha Subramanya for giving me the opportunity to become a Moolyan”
