Putting Moolya’s philosophy of bug prevention into action is definitely something many testers have enjoyed doing . Our SDET Pankaj Kumar narrates his experience, of the same, quite vividly.
“We got involved in meticulous test case designs. I was happy to play a role in detecting some critical issues early in the development cycle. This has definitely mitigated some of the potential setbacks for the client. Consequently it has also reduced the cost of the post release fixes. And that’s some real results we achieved as Moolya testers”

From a very early age Pankaj had this knack towards technology and problem solving.
“At the time when I was thinking about choosing a career path I wanted to do something in software. Ensuring any app functions properly was my natural tendency. Perhaps that’s why I chose to become a tester.
Now when I develop advanced automation testing frameworks and enable the customer to achieve their goal it fills me with a sense of satisfaction.
But the testing landscape is ever evolving. That’s why, at Moolya, I keep on learning new cutting edge automation tools along with emerging testing technologies. And that’s how I intend to grow.”
