mix-wordly

In the world of international digital communication Wordly is a life saver. This AI-powered interpretation service app has broken down the language barriers as it can translate speakers into several languages for remote audiences, scattered across the various corners of the world.

As a result this platform is considered as a global leader in the field of online conferences, webinars, meetings, and training sessions. Moolya is delighted to be a part of this global innovation as we are playing  a small role in improving the overall quality of the product.

How has it started?

Moolya started its relationship with Wordly back on 9th November 2021. Initially starting with two testers the relationship quickly deepened as currently four Moolyan test engineers are involved with the project.

A Path of Continuous Learning

“At the beginning, working with Wordly was a self-learning process as we needed to be proactive in understanding the context and gain knowledge about AI and ML. We conducted a lot of research on our own and created a list of doubts and bugs, beforehand”, recalls Harikesava Rao, SDET, Moolya.

Focusing on the Issue

Moolya is offering functional testing support to Wordly with an aim to improve the overall product quality. The initial approach was to understand the scope and overview of the project requirement.

The Work Done

“At the beginning, working with Wordly was a self-learning process as we needed to be proactive in understanding the context and gain knowledge about AI and ML. We conducted a lot of research on our own and created a list of doubts and bugs, beforehand”, recalls Harikesava Rao, SDET, Moolya.

Planning was pivotal in order to understand each and every corner of the product so that there are no chances of loopholes. Testing environment was created so that the QA team can test and report the issues and suggest improvements to the clients.

Moolya has also adapted a Testing tools approach to test the product on multiple platforms.

The Outcome

Currently Wordly can support over sixteen international languages. But only English was being used, so far, as a language of localisation. However, with the recent update languages like French, Spanish and Japanese are being added to the mix.

Value Addition

Moolya has also played a role in the recent upgradation of the upload sessions feature of the app. Users now can create bulk sessions by adding the data in an excel file and upload in the portal.

Equipped with the passion of continuous learning and taking ownership of the project, the test engineers of Moolya are honoured to be a part of the Worldly story and looking forward to strengthening the relationship.
