Pradeep Soundararajan is the Chief Servant to Employees and Customers of Moolya Testing, a company he founded. He is also the Product owner and CEO of Bugasura, a bug tracker that enables SaaS Teams to work with their Partners and Customers on the same platform.
He has been a Tester, Independent Consultant, Test Tool Developer (using Perl), Test Coach, Test Management Consultant, and Product Owner of Testing Tools, whilst wearing a hat as a businessman. Pradeep is the author of the book Buddha in Testing.He is living a life that can be represented in one word – Ubuntu. He believes that many good people make him.

Over the years, Avinash has been the founder and director of multiple technology companies and his entrepreneurial prowess is equally matched by his understanding of the ever evolving world of technology. Vaisakh is the VP Sales of Moolya and the Founding Member Moolya Inc (US). As a founding member he pledges to help global start-ups experience quality from the onset of their operations and introduce Moolya’s culture and testing practices to them.
He has been a senior business development manager, assistant vice president sales, and vice president sales for more than one organisations. Vaisakh believes in facts and figures and witnessing success in the form of rising numbers and graphs is what gives him satisfaction. For his previous organisation Vaisakh has led the Middle Eastern expansion and has had a tremendous impact on their domestic sales as well.

Manoj is our VP of Technology, Solutions & Presales, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in technology and leadership. He joins us with an impressive background, marked by a profound understanding of innovative solutions and strategic leadership.
Manoj has been instrumental in positioning Moolya as the frontrunner in the Product and Quality Engineering space at an enterprise level both in India and the US. Spearheading the solutions engine, Manoj works closely with the delivery and sales teams, enabling Moolya to craft growth-driven solutions and deliver exceptional service. He ensures that our solutions engine is powered by the latest technological capabilities that align seamlessly with our clients’ evolving needs, setting new benchmarks for service excellence in the industry.

Amit is the AVP-Fulfilment of Moolya & CEO Moolya Ed. He joined Moolya, back in 2015, as a fresher with an eagerness to learn and an unquenchable curiosity about technology and management.
Amit was an entrepreneur and he co-founded a start-up called WeDeliver and sold testing as a service and solution to start-ups.
Over the past 7 years he has led Moolya’s Fulfilment Team to achieve one milestone after another and together with his team he has successfully created an environment of success. In 2022 Amit started a new chapter with Moolya as the CEO of Moolya Ed.

Dhanasekar, popularly known as DS to all the Moolyans is the VP-Testing & Automation of Moolya and he plays a great part in defining Moolya’s testing philosophy. As a true thought leader in the testing world DS possesses extensive experience in the industry.
DS has worked as a tester, a verification manager, a Senior QA, and Product Owner of Testing Tools. DS has also been an eminent speaker at various international conferences. In 2022 he presented his tutorial on Mobile App Testing and Mindmaps at the Romanian Testing Conference. Humble and soft-spoken, DS emphasises on the fact that deep testing practices will be rewarded more.

Sastha carries over 16 years of experience in L&D function. In Moolya he works closely with the various teams bringing in his expertise in setting up organizational learning systems, processes and procedures to measure learning effectiveness, developing in-house technical and non-technical learning content amongst many other things.
He has led global and regional L&D teams in small, medium and large enterprises in his career delivering critical learning ROI projects and managing learners and clients across various continents. He strongly believes that learning is lifelong, and life teaches us professional and personal lessons every day.

Chandini Mokhtar is the VP- People & Culture of Moolya and plays a pivotal role in defining Moolya’s overall culture and value. As a true People leader, she is highly focussed on elevating culture and helping organisations to navigate the cultural transformation.
Chandini has been a talent acquisition specialist, talent specialist, and a talent acquisition consultant with extensive experience in the domain of defining people culture and ensuring a positive work environment. Abilash is the AVP-Pre-Sales of Moolya and he is a natural product enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit.
He has been a field sales agent, a software tester, product manager, product owner & ideator and also the founder of two start-ups called App-Identity and Seriouslyy. With a natural knack towards business, finance, and technology Abilash plays a key role as a true leader of the Pre-Sales team of Moolya. Since 2022 Abilash has started an online talk-series called ‘Mootalks’ where he discusses the future of technology and testing with Moolya’s customers and leaders.

Rucha is the head of the Storytelling Team of Moolya and she likes to call herself a Generalist and an Enabler, helping people and teams to achieve their dreams and goals. Blessed with a natural tendency to learn and explore, Rucha is the youngest addition to the leadership team.
Mentored by Pradeep and the rest of the leadership team Rucha has a great appetite for learning along with her unmatched communication skills is what makes her a true industry leader in the making.

Shruti has been a tester in the past and post Masters in HR she has played leadership roles in HR space as Assistant Vice-President, Director in the domain of people management for various IT organizations for more than 12 years. Her experience and knowledge in the fields of people and culture along with her impeccable focus on the intricacies of the operations is what makes a key part of the leadership team.

Mohan Ram ensures a proper and timely flow of transactions happening inside and outside of the organization. With immense experience in the fields of financial management, Mohan Ram plays a pivotal role in the company.
He can be regarded as an expert in accounting, reconciliation, dealing with statutory compliances, and cash flow management amongst many more strategic financial activities. Mohan maintains a strong liaison with Moolya’s partners and also takes time out to resolve the financial queries of the employees.

Mr. T Sriram is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in practice since 1972. He specialises in Corporate Advisory and Taxation and is a well known Indirect tax consultant in India. He is especially recognized for his contribution in connection with taxation of Works Contracts and Leasing.
Avinash got his first computer in 1987 at the age of 8, and has been programming ever since. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and a management degree from IIMB. With a combination of both worlds, he has invested many years in ensuring the success of his start-ups.
Pradeep is on a mission of preventing bugs & regression for deep tech orgs. With around 20 years in the industry, he solves fundamental unaddressed pain points in testing. Being the founder of Moolya, Pradeep plays a vital role in defining Moolya’s value and ensuring consistency in the overall culture.
With over 35 years in the Indian IT Sector, Partha co-founded Mindtree in 1999 and has played key roles in building the company’s technology and delivery leadership capacity.
Kavitha advises multinational corporations on joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments and transaction structuring. She heads the Direct Taxes, Corporate Law and Corporate Advisory divisions of TSMT.
