Terms and Conditions – Break The Loop Community

Welcome to the Break The Loop Community, an initiative by Moolya to bring together individuals from the software testing and technology space through shared sports, hobbies, and meetups in offline, online, or hybrid formats. By participating in any of our activities, events, groups, or platforms (collectively referred to as the "Community"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Community Participation
- You participate in this community as an individual member. You are not authorized to act as a representative, spokesperson, employee, agent, or owner of Break The Loop or Moolya.
- Use of Moolya's name or the community name to represent or conduct activities on behalf of the community without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
2. Code of Conduct
To maintain a respectful and inclusive environment:
- Treat fellow community members with respect, kindness, and fairness.
- Refrain from offensive, discriminatory, or aggressive behavior, both online and offline.
- Do not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
- Participants must not spam the platform or any community communication channel.
- Do not use community events for unsolicited promotions, selling, or recruiting unless explicitly permitted.
3. Public Communication
- You are welcome to share your positive personal experiences from community events publicly.
- You must not misrepresent the purpose, structure, or activities of the community in public forums (online or offline).
- If you have concerns, feedback, or grievances, please route them through official communication channels, not public social media posts or third-party platforms.
4. Event Participation, Rules & Decisions
- Events may be conducted in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
- All rules, decisions, and results determined by the community organizers or designated coordinators are final and cannot be challenged.
- In case of foul behavior, misconduct, or any wrongdoing discovered during or after any event, the community reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to revoking awards, certificates, or participation privileges.
5. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
- Participation in sports or physical activities organized by the community is completely voluntary.
- You acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accident.
- By participating, you agree that Moolya, the Break The Loop community, and any of its organizers, affiliates, or subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, damage, or loss you may suffer, directly or indirectly, during or as a result of participation.
- You waive any right to initiate legal action or claims against the community or Moolya regarding such incidents.
6. No Medical or Professional Supervision
- Community sports and events are peer-led and do not involve medical or professional supervision unless explicitly mentioned.
- You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness before participating.
7. Photography & Media
- Events may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you grant the community and Moolya the right to use such media for internal or promotional purposes.
8. Privacy and Data
- Personal data shared during sign-ups or participation will be handled per Moolya's Privacy Policy.
- Participants are strictly prohibited from using, sharing, or distributing any data they collect during community events for personal, commercial, or any other use.
- Violation of this clause may result in permanent expulsion from the community and legal action if deemed necessary.
9. Modification & Termination
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate any part of the community activities, rules, or access at our discretion.
- Members who violate these terms may be removed or banned from future participation without notice.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By attending an event or engaging with the community in any capacity, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- You are at least 18 years of age or are participating under the supervision of a responsible adult.
